People like bittersweet or subacid more than other single tastes... They usually use the same worlds to express the "happy life"! So let's get addicted to it;)
ّWell I've started with 56 % dark chocolates... once upon a time I was eating my chocolate and a friend reach me and I give him the chance to try my it! Well He never eat anything from my hand again!
It was only 90 %
Mostly I use 76%
